We want you to buy with confidence. Here's exactly when a challenge fee can be refunded.
1.Eligible Refunds
You may request a full refund of a challenge fee if both of the following are true:
- the request is made within 24 hours of purchase; and
- no trades have been placed on the evaluation account.
2.Non-Refundable Situations
- Any trade has been placed on the account.
- The account has failed the evaluation by breaching a risk rule.
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase.
- The account was terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
3.How to Request a Refund
Email support@veloperps.com from your registered email address with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; crypto payments are refunded in the same asset and network, less network fees.
4.Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending Payouts.
