Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, or otherwise using veloperps.com and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and by our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

VeloPerps provides a skills-assessment and performance-reward program conducted entirely in a simulated trading environment. All accounts — including evaluation accounts and "funded" accounts — are simulated. No trades are executed on any live market, and no real capital is deposited, allocated, managed or placed at risk on your behalf.

References to "capital", "funding", "account size", "balance", "profit" or "loss" refer to simulated, notional figures used solely to measure trading performance. Performance rewards ("Payouts") are paid by VeloPerps from its own funds at its discretion in accordance with these Terms.

VeloPerps is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, fund, or financial institution. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds for trading, or provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

To use the Services you must:

• be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• not be a resident of, or located in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or be listed on any sanctions list (including OFAC, UN, EU or UK lists);
• not be located in any jurisdiction where participation in the Services is prohibited by law;
• provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.

We may refuse service, restrict jurisdictions, or terminate accounts at our discretion where required by law or to manage risk.

You may hold only one VeloPerps user profile. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred or traded by any person other than the registered user.

Notify us immediately at support@veloperps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

To participate you purchase an evaluation ("Challenge") for a one-time fee shown at checkout. The fee grants access to a simulated evaluation account and the associated tools; it is not a deposit and is not used for trading.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time but will not affect a Challenge you have already purchased. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Each Challenge is subject to the parameters published on the Rules page and at checkout at the time of purchase, including:

• Profit target: 8% of the starting balance to pass the evaluation.
• Daily loss limit: 3% of the starting balance, measured on equity (including open positions) and reset at 00:00 UTC.
• Maximum drawdown: 5% of the starting balance, static (non-trailing), measured on equity.

Breaching the daily loss limit or maximum drawdown at any moment results in immediate failure of the evaluation or termination of the funded account. Open positions may be closed automatically at prevailing simulated prices.

You agree not to engage in, and we may void profits, deny Payouts and terminate accounts for:

• exploiting pricing errors, latency, feed delays, bugs or other platform malfunctions;
• high-frequency trading, or opening and closing positions within 5 seconds as a systematic strategy;
• copy trading or trade mirroring between accounts held by you or by other people;
• hedging or opposing positions across multiple accounts ("group hedging");
• account sharing, account management services, or allowing a third party to trade your account;
• using multiple identities, VPNs or other means to circumvent limits or eligibility rules;
• any strategy that is not replicable in real market conditions, or that is designed to game the evaluation;
• fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or any unlawful activity.

Determinations of prohibited conduct are made by VeloPerps in good faith based on trading data and are final.

Upon passing an evaluation and completing identity verification, you may be offered a simulated funded account. A funded account remains simulated and is subject to the same risk rules. VeloPerps may, at its discretion, adjust or reset funded account parameters with notice.

Holders of funded accounts may request a Payout equal to 85% of simulated profits generated on the funded account (the "Profit Split"), less any amounts previously paid. Payouts are made in USDC to a wallet address you provide and control. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.

• Payouts require successful identity verification (KYC) and may require sanctions screening.
• You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and the correct network. Transfers sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
• We may review trading activity before approving a Payout and may withhold, reduce or reverse a Payout where these Terms have been breached.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from Payouts.

We or our verification provider may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and other information to verify your identity, age and eligibility. Failure to complete verification may prevent you from receiving a funded account or Payouts.

All content, software, trademarks and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to VeloPerps. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Simulated prices are derived from third-party data sources and may differ from prices on any live exchange. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data, or that you will pass an evaluation or receive any Payout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloPerps and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, or risk management reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE OF INCORPORATION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [COUNTRY / STATE OF INCORPORATION], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
